WELCOME

I like to call myself an artworld apprentice, learning my trade while actively contributing in spaces such as this where I can explore my interests, share and engage in critical conversations about art, art making and the histories that come with them.

Below is a small curation of art I have been interested in for the month of October.

These explorations of canonical black experience mixed with a sense of wonder remind me of my childhood and the comfort I would find in things that were distinct in my life from family parties with a slice of burnt cornbread and hot boring summers with my cousins.
